Hamilton Gallery is pleased to present Paul Sandby, Into the Woods, is an exciting showcase of one of the finest groups of works by celebrated British landscape artist Paul Sandby. Hamilton Gallery holds more than 215 works by the artist, including watercolours, gouaches, and prints. This collection was established in 1971 with the acquisition of 21 gouaches and engravings from the Gaussen family, supported by a special grant from the Government of Victoria.
