Hamilton Gallery welcomes all ages, abilities and demographics to our free public gallery, and we are working to improve the accessibility of our spaces for every visitor.

We have step-free access and a lift for access to the first floor gallery though the children’s space on the mezzanine is currently accessible only via stairs with a handrail. Exhibitions may feature audio recordings alongside visual experiences, and spaces are often suitable for those with heightened sensitivites to light/sound/movement, though please check with us about our current exhibitions if this is of concern.

Our closest all-abilities bathroom is in the adjoining Hamilton Library.

If you have specific needs or questions, or would like to request images or a floor plan of our facilities, please email us and our team will do our best to assist you.
